Congratulations on becoming a Host for our Clinic!

Below are the clinic host informational documents in printable or downloadable format.  Let us know if you have questions by emailing mclaury_clinics@yahoo.com.

 

The Host Information Sheet will give you all the necessary information regarding the requirements for hosting the clinic.

The Liability Release will need to be signed by each participant and host and turned in to the McLaurys prior to the start of the clinic. 

​

The Printable Poster and No Recording Signs are to be used for advertising purposes.  Below is a folder with approved photos for advertising purposes.  These can be used for printed or electronic advertising.  Please do not use any other photos than the ones provided.
